Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years in high end residential design. 

  • Must be knowledgeable in sourcing product, fabric, and suppliers that are to-the trade and non-retail/big box vendors. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent professional experience in interior design 

  • Proficient in revit, autocad, sketch uP, and standard office programs with the ability to produce drawings and renderings on own computer. 

Studio Designer knowledge and experience is a big plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide fast-paced interior architecture & design support plus procurement & administrative support in flushing out concepts from lead designer

  • Track task completion and work with accountability of hours/time attributable to each project task to assess profitability

  • Assist in sourcing furniture, fabric, lighting, etc. For client projects

  • Assist in making design selections within budget, including but not limited to fabric, tile, paint, lighting, hardware, etc.

  • Communicate with vendors to gather pricing and lead times for furnishings, fixtures, and materials.

  • Prepare quotes and estimates

  • Prepare visually pleasing documentation for clients to review selections including Autocad drafting of floor plans, elevations, tile and cabinetry drawings.  

  • Create Sketch up renderings of client spaces for effective communication of concepts and ideas·      

  • Coordinate and attend installations when needed and addressing any issues that may arise
